John is the managing principal of Callan Marine, Ltd. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Sullivan has gained both extensive knowledge and hands on experience with the recovery process. He earned a degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets. Professionally, Mr. Sullivan serves on the Board of Directors for the Dredging Contractors of America and Disaster Recovery Contractors Association.
Maxie is the President of Callan Marine, where he oversees dredge operations. Maxie has a long history in the dredging industry starting out in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers after serving five years in the Air Force.
Jorge is the Controller at Callan Marine. He is a certified public accountant with over thirty years of direct experience in accounting and management of construction and dredging companies. Since 1993, Jorge worked in Bean’s accounting and financial departments. He has also been involved with insurance, risk management, and claims issues for over thirty years.
Ancil is the Executive Vice President and Chief Analytics Officer of Callan Marine. He entered the field of dredging after graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1978. He is recognized as an expert in the field of dredging by the United States Court of Claims in Washington DC.
Kevin is the Operations Manager at Callan Marine. He began career in dredging and marine construction in 1994. He now has 25 years of experience in the industry. His roles have included Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Project Management. Kevin graduated Louisiana State University 1992 with a BS in General Business.
Todd is the Technical Manager of Callan Marine. As Technical Manager, Todd is responsible for all equipment (owned and Operated by), oversees R&M operations in the field, and special projects pertaining to future Callan Marine equipment. Todd’s experience is mostly in the oil and gas industry as Chief Electrician on semi-submersible drilling rigs, though he is also experienced with hydraulic and mechanical systems in many different applications and configurations. Since becoming apart of Callan’s team, Todd has helped integrate many of the oil and gas industry standards on Callan Marine’s equipment and operating standards.
Sarah is the Estimating Manager at Callan Marine. She has 10 years of experience in the dredging industry, beginning her career at Great Lakes Dredging and Dock. She has her Bachelors Degree in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Melanie is the Vice President of Quality, Health, and Safety at Callan Marine. Starting her career out at Bean Dredging, she has worked in dredging and oil and gas providing safe work environments for employees for multiple types of projects for over 20 years. Melanie has become an asset to Callan Marine, contributing to the Shamrock Safety Program and promoting every day safety at work and at home.
Robert is the Director of Business Development for Callan Marine. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Maritime Industry obtained in Management and Key positions with shipping firms and vessel owners in Europe and North America. Robert obtained his International Shipbroker’s Certification in Bremen, Germany and received an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
